What happens after placing my resume order on Jobswagon.com?

Once you place an order, you'll get a confirmation email with a direct link to begin working on your resume. This access will last for 6 months.

What's is ATS (Applicant Tracking System)?

An ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a resume scanning algorithm used to filter out candidates who do not meet the requirements for the role, usually based on the job description.

Can I download my resume in word format?

You can only download your resume in a PDF format to preserve the alignment and formatting. However, you can make any desired changes to the resume for 6 months from the date of purchase via your dashboard access link.

How long will it take to create my resume?

Most of our users finish creating their resumes within 10-20 minutes.

How do I request individual expert support?

After placing an order, go to help center from your dashboard. Here you can request for 1-on-1 support. Support will be via email.

I haven't received the link to create my resume. What should I do?

If you have not received the resume builder link email within 4 business hours of placing an order, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find the email, please contact our customer support at hello@jobswagon.com.

Which AI model do you use?

We use Claude 3 Opus or GPT 4.
